With our Managed Servers solution, we’ll do that for you. Your Virtual Private Server will be included in a custom–developed server monitoring software system and if there’s a sign of a problem, our skilled tech support engineers will be warned instantly.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server isn’t the easiest mission in this world. You will either have to use another server or your computer, or, alternatively utilize some 3rd–party solution. Our company offers a much easier option with our Managed Servers package. We’ll create a full backup copy of your server on a weekly basis, so you never have to fear permanently losing any essential info. And we can always restore a backup copy really fast. All our backups are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you have absolute freedom to run any script or service on your server. However, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Managed Servers option will help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting operations – it means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our experienced server administrators for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation of any application that you desire. And/or have him rectify a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
